Prof. Amitava Bose Bapi, Cybersecurity Strategist & Academic Leader. Prof. Bose Bapi is a global expert in digital transformation, serving as Professor of Business & Cybersecurity at UPIKE (USA) and Head of the Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada. A PhD Candidate at Dakota State University, he specializes in bridging technical cybersecurity with global governance. His work addresses Cyber Resilience in the Age of AI, specifically focusing on securing global infrastructure, ethical data governance, and mitigating systemic risks in finance and national security. He is a leading advocate for human-centered technology frameworks that ensure global stability.
Dr. Linda Pajoel is a businesswoman, investor, and AI safety advocate dedicated to responsible innovation. As a Subject Matter Expert in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), she contributes to AI reliability, safety, and alignment across healthcare and finance sectors. She is also passionate about helping non-technical professionals transition into AI evaluation and alignment roles. Professor Bivash Panday is a UN Volunteer, award-winning author, and humanitarian leader serving as the Founder and President of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada. His work integrates peace studies, behavioral science, and global governance to advance human security in alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically focusing on health, education, and institutional resilience. Under his leadership, UHF Canada and the UGI and Harmony Together platform foster international partnerships and educational initiatives centered on ethical technology, mental health, and inclusive development. Professor Panday remains a dedicated advocate for governance models that uphold human dignity, equity, and long-term societal stability.
Prof. Dr. Farahnaaz Feroz is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and entrepreneur who has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Stamford University Bangladesh since January 2025. Educated internationally, she holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences from Kindai University (Japan), an M.Sc. in Microbiology, and a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from Kingston University London. Dr. Feroz is an active researcher with 25 published papers, a child and 39 books author, and the Managing Director of Stamford Foods & Agro Ltd. She is also a prominent youth leadership advocate, currently serving as the National Vice President for JCI Bangladesh. good.
Mr. S. M. Ilias Meron is a respected academic administrator and engineering professional serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Stamford University Bangladesh. A retired Executive Engineer of the Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC), he combines decades of expertise in infrastructure operations and public service with higher education governance. As an Academic Leader of the UGAP™ Canada–EU–Bangladesh Strategic Summit 2026, Mr. Meron brings key insights into engineering leadership and institutional planning, supporting the Summit’s mission to strengthen ethical innovation, global education partnerships, and sustainable international cooperation.

Sarbojit Panday Nibir is the Chief Executive Director of the President’s Office at UHF Canada, where he coordinates humanitarian initiatives and CPD–UGAP™ accredited international programs. With a background in psychology and experience at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), he integrates expertise in regulatory compliance and client relations with a focus on psychosocial resilience and mental well-being. Sarbojit oversees operational planning, digital systems, and stakeholder communication for global summits and youth engagement forums, driving the development of inclusive and ethically governed educational ecosystems.
Bohdan Kyslenko is the Volunteer Secretary General of UHF Canada, where he leads global community outreach, youth engagement, and humanitarian initiatives. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a focus on psychosocial resilience, he integrates mental health awareness into community-based service. Bohdan leverages his background in business management and digital coordination to manage the logistics and operational efficiency of CPD–UGAP™ dual-accredited international congresses and summits. A disciplined and adaptable leader, he is dedicated to advancing human-centered development and global peace through structured, high-impact educational forums.
M. Ashik is an international technology and business innovation leader with experience across the UK, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Canada. He currently serves as CEO & Project Lead of trainex GLOBAL and Lead Consultant at TrainEX Global AI Innovation Canada, driving digital infrastructure, cross-border technology, and AI initiatives. trainex GLOBAL is a strategic partner to UHF, TGAI, and UGI Canada. He holds an MBA (NIBM), M.Sc. in Computer Systems & Networking (University of Greenwich), and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computing & Information Systems (London Metropolitan University), supported by multiple international certifications in CCNA, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise management.
