He holds an MS in Business Analytics and an MBA from Texas A&M University–Commerce and is currently pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity at Dakota State University. As Head of Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, he provides leadership in institutional governance, strategic planning, academic development, and international partnerships, while also serving as Senior Vice President of Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and Professor at the University of Pikeville (UPIKE), USA — advancing responsible innovation, cybersecurity resilience, and human-centered leadership across a globally connected ecosystem.

Mr. Terry K. Rupert serves as a Volunteer Coordinator with Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada, contributing his time, compassion, and community spirit in support of the Foundation’s humanitarian mission in an entirely voluntary and honorary capacity. Drawing upon his extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Terry has dedicated many years to supporting patients, families, and community members with empathy, integrity, and care, while also engaging in charitable initiatives, community development activities, arts and cultural programs, and public welfare efforts. Heroic Freedom Fighter Md. Mizanur Rahman serves as the Regional Adviser of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Global Consortium – ASEAN Chapter, where he provides strategic guidance in strengthening humanitarian cooperation, regional partnerships, sustainable development, and community empowerment initiatives across Bangladesh and the ASEAN region. As a respected veteran of Bangladesh’s Liberation War, he has devoted his life to public service, nation-building, ethical leadership, and advancing social progress through collaborative action.

In addition to his humanitarian leadership, Mr. Rahman is a Business Entrepreneur Icon, contributing to business development, entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility.
