Known for her solutions-focused approach, Kristine is a key driver of ethical governance, multidisciplinary team management, and globally aligned innovation at UHF Canada.
Barrister Teasmiea Rahman Patel is an experienced legal strategist with over fifteen years of expertise in governance, human rights, and cross-border compliance across Canada. As Legal Advisor and Global Strategic Coordinator for UHF and UGI Canada, she develops governance frameworks aligned with OECD AI Principles to ensure transparency, accountability, and the rule of law. Her work at the UGAP Strategic Summit focuses on ethical AI deployment, cybersecurity resilience, and algorithmic accountability, advocating for lawful and socially beneficial technology that fosters international cooperation and global stability.
Mr. S. M. Ilias Meron is a retired Executive Engineer of the Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC), he combines decades of expertise in infrastructure operations and public service with higher education governance. As an Academic Leader of the UGAPβ’ CanadaβEUβBangladesh Strategic Summit 2026, Mr. Meron brings key insights into engineering leadership and institutional planning, supporting the Summitβs mission to strengthen ethical innovation, global education partnerships, and sustainable international cooperation.

As CEO of the UGI CanadaβAsia Star ASEAN Headquarters in Bangkok, he spearheads regional operations and facilitates cross-border collaborations between universities and professional institutions across Southeast Asia. In his dual role as International Advisor and Global Ambassador for UHF and UGI Canada, Mr. Nabi provides strategic guidance on global outreach and partnerships aligned with humanitarian and educational goals. His leadership is defined by a data-driven approach to academic administration, helping organizations achieve sustainable growth and expand global learning opportunities.
Professor Bivash Panday is a UN Volunteer, award-winning author, and humanitarian leader serving as the Founder and President of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada. His work integrates peace studies, behavioral science, and global governance to advance human security in alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically focusing on health, education, and institutional resilience. Under his leadership, UHF Canada and the UGI and Harmony Together platform foster international partnerships and educational initiatives centered on ethical technology, mental health, and inclusive development. Professor Panday remains a dedicated advocate for governance models that uphold human dignity, equity, and long-term societal stability.
