He currently serves as HAL Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India, and previously served as Head of the Department from 2016 to 2019.
Dr. Maiti earned his Ph.D. in Aerospace Structures, M.Tech., and B.E. with First Class Honors from IIT Kharagpur. His research expertise includes aerospace structures, aeroelasticity, smart materials, vibration control, structural health monitoring, computational mechanics, and hypersonic systems. He has published over 500 peer-reviewed journal papers, conference proceedings, technical reports, and edited volumes with internationally recognized publishers including Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, AIAA, and ASCE.

Mr. Rahman is also a distinguished business leader and was one of the Founder Associates of the HRC Family of Companies at its establishment in March 1991. Following his retirement from permanent service on 31 December 2019, he continued to serve the organization under a contractual advisory role from 1 January 2020, before concluding his association by personal decision. He concluded his government service as Director General of the Bangladesh Film Archive in 2018 after also serving as Additional Director General at the National Institute of Mass Communication.

Mr. Manoranjan Chakraborty (Manoj) is an experienced corporate professional and operations coordinator with more than 21 years of leadership experience spanning banking, finance, education management, institutional marketing, and operational administration. He currently serves as UHF HQ ASEAN Operational Coordinator under the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada, where he supports ASEAN regional coordination, operational planning, and institutional collaboration within the UHF–UGI–UGAP™ global ecosystem. His extensive professional background includes senior roles with respected organizations such as Deshbandhu Group, Fareast Finance & Investment Limited, and BRAC Bank Limited, where he developed expertise in organizational operations, stakeholder engagement, SME finance, strategic communication, and team leadership.
Mr. Chakraborty holds a Master of Professional Finance (MPF) and a Master of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, complemented by professional leadership and managerial training from recognized institutions, including the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Known for his strong organizational capabilities, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to institutional excellence, he plays a key role in supporting regional partnerships, operational effectiveness, and sustainable growth initiatives across Bangladesh, ASEAN countries, and international partner networks.

Adita Haq is an emerging technology professional and Computer Science and Engineering student at North South University, Bangladesh, maintaining strong academic performance with a CGPA of 3.81. Passionate about artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and innovation, she contributes to UHF Canada’s International AI Innovation and Hi-Tech Programs, supporting digital engagement, coordination, and collaborative initiatives across global platforms. Her skills include Microsoft Office applications, presentation design, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and project coordination.
As part of the UHF Canada HQ coordination framework, Adita supports international collaboration initiatives within the UHF–UGI global ecosystem, helping advance technology-driven learning, innovation, and cross-cultural engagement. Fluent in English and Bangla, she represents a new generation of AI-aware, globally minded professionals committed to ethical innovation, lifelong learning, and building inclusive, internationally connected communities.

With experience in public engagement, community coordination, and relationship management, he supports regional collaboration and humanitarian initiatives across Bangladesh and ASEAN within the UHF–UGI–UGAP™ global ecosystem.
Known for his people-centered leadership and strong public relations, Mr. Khan contributes to international networking, community engagement, and ethical development initiatives aligned with sustainable global cooperation and humanitarian values.

Mr. Bondhupran Sarker Apu serves as the Director – UHF Estate & Administration under the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada. He supports estate coordination, organizational administration, operational communication, and institutional workflow management within the UHF–UGI–UGAP™ global ecosystem.
Known for his responsible leadership and community-oriented approach, Mr. Apu contributes to administrative coordination, documentation support, public engagement, and collaborative initiatives aligned with the humanitarian mission of UHF Canada. He actively supports ethical governance, operational development, and human-centered international collaboration initiatives across Bangladesh, ASEAN, and global partnership networks.

Mr. Jewel Barai serves as Coordinator – Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada, TG AI Canada & Bangladesh, where he supports international collaboration, community engagement, project coordination, and strategic partnership initiatives across Canada, Bangladesh, and global partner networks. Through his involvement with the UHF Canada Global Ecosystem, he contributes to the advancement of humanitarian, educational, innovation, leadership, and sustainable development initiatives designed to create meaningful social impact and strengthen international cooperation.
Known for his dedication, professionalism, and people-centered approach, Mr. Barai plays an important role in stakeholder engagement, communication, program implementation, and relationship building.
