Dr. Dipak Kumar Maiti is an internationally respected academic leader, aerospace engineer, and innovation advisor with over three decades of distinguished experience spanning advanced research, national aerospace programs, and global academic leadership. He currently serves as HAL Professor and Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, one of Asia’s most prestigious institutions for science, engineering, and technology, and previously served as Head of the Department (2016–2019)
Dr. Maiti holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Structures from IIT Kharagpur, an M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur, and a B.E. with First Class Honors, forming a rigorous academic foundation in structural mechanics, composite structures, aeroelasticity, vibration control, and computational mechanics. His scholarly contributions include 500+ peer-reviewed journal papers, conference publications, technical reports, and edited volumes, published with leading international publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, SAGE, AIAA, and ASCE.
His research leadership has been central to nationally strategic aerospace and defense programs, including long-term work with the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), DRDO, ISRO, AR&DB, and DST. He has served as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator on high-value sponsored projects covering aeroelasticity, smart structures, composite materials, structural health monitoring, vibration control, hypersonic systems, and reliability engineering, translating advanced theory into certified, real-world aerospace applications.
As a mentor and academic architect, Dr. Maiti has supervised 25+ doctoral theses and numerous postgraduate research projects, shaping generations of engineers and researchers who now contribute globally across academia, industry, and government. He has also played a leading role in organizing and chairing major international conferences and congresses across Asia and the global research community, including ICTACEM, APCATS, AJSAE, and ISTAM congresses.
In his role as the Chair of the UGAP™ International Congress, Dr. Maiti provides high-level intellectual and strategic leadership, ensuring that global dialogues on technology, governance, education, and innovation are grounded in scientific rigor, ethical responsibility, and real-world applicability. Barrister Teasmiea Rahman Patel is an internationally experienced legal professional, governance specialist, and humanitarian legal advisor with over 15 years of experience in the legal field, including active legal practice in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. Her work focuses on ethical governance, artificial intelligence regulation, cybersecurity law, human rights, and international compliance in rapidly evolving digital and humanitarian contexts.
She currently serves as Chief Global Legal Advisor to the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and its global ecosystem, including the Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada and the UHF Global Affiliated Partnership (UGAP™). In this capacity, she provides strategic legal oversight, governance design, and compliance guidance across UHF’s international programs, partnerships, and CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited initiatives.
Barrister Patel is also the Chief Executive Officer of BioCybersecurity & International Governance (BIG), a nonprofit, federally registered legal clinic operating on a pro bono basis under the UHF Canada framework. BIG serves as a global platform for legal guidance on AI governance, bio-cybersecurity, digital safety, data protection, and international regulatory alignment, supporting institutions, innovators, educators, and humanitarian actors worldwide.
Her responsibilities include advising on cross-border legal frameworks, ethical AI policies, cybersecurity governance, privacy compliance, and human-rights–aligned innovation. She works closely with international partners to ensure that emerging technologies are developed and deployed in ways that protect dignity, strengthen trust, and promote peace and social wellbeing.
As Legal Advisor and Global Peace Coordinator, Barrister Patel integrates legal literacy and governance capacity-building into humanitarian and educational initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable communities and promoting inclusive, ethical systems. She also serves as International Ambassador for the BIG Initiative, representing its mission of responsible digital governance and global cooperation.

Bohdan Kyslenko
Secretary General
Bohdan Kyslenko serves the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada as Volunteer Secretary General, contributing to community outreach, youth engagement, and UHF’s broader humanitarian and public awareness initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and brings additional training and hands-on experience in mental health support, crisis understanding, and wellbeing-focused community service.
With a background in business management and modern virtual organizational tools, Bohdan supports UHF Canada’s operational efficiency, communication workflows, and outreach activities. His strong sense of service—shaped through discipline, leadership, and public commitment—adds depth to his role within the UHF ecosystem.
Bohdan also plays an active and essential role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of CDP–UGAP™ Dual Accredited international programs, including the UGAP™ Global Congress, Strategic Summits, Conferences, and Virtual Leadership Events. His contribution to event logistics, digital coordination, participant engagement, and technical readiness strengthens UHF–UGI Canada’s ability to host high-standard global learning and governance forums. Prof. Amitava Bose Bapi is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and educator with strong expertise at the intersection of business analytics, cybersecurity, and organizational governance. He holds an MS in Business Analytics and an MBA from Texas A&M University–Commerce, providing a robust foundation in data-driven decision-making, strategic management, and applied technology leadership. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity at Dakota State University, with a research focus on cybersecurity strategy, policy, and governance, as well as the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in intrusion detection systems.
His doctoral research examines how organizations can design practical, responsible, and governance-aligned cybersecurity frameworks that integrate policy oversight, risk management, and intelligent threat detection. Through this work, Prof. Bose contributes to advancing cybersecurity models that are not only technically effective but also ethically grounded and institutionally accountable.
As Head of Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, Prof. Bose leads institutional governance, strategic planning, and global academic architecture. He oversees academic development, faculty coordination, and international collaborations, ensuring alignment with international accreditation frameworks, CPD standards, and ethical governance principles. With a strong foundation in engineering and operational management, he plays a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of UHF/UGI facilities, administrative workflows, and operational systems that sustain programs across Canada and internationally. His commitment to transparency, compassion, and responsible service reflects the core values that guide the UHF mission.
In this role, he assists in planning and coordinating day-to-day IT, Admin & Finance operations, overseeing estate and facility management, and ensuring that organizational processes remain aligned with UHF’s humanitarian, educational, and global development objectives. He also contributes to technology-enabled operations, supporting the effective delivery of UGI’s digital learning initiatives and UHF’s broader peacebuilding and wellness programs.
